A mad dash happened from Berlin to Montpellier through Paris on the fast trains. After train journeys through China, Russia and most of Europe I just wanted to get somewhere warm and close to a beach. Montpellier was such a place, highly recommended as a great outdoor city with 1200 years of history. As you can see Montpellier is going through an update of its already brilliant tram system, cheap frequent and city wide. A great place to sit for a week and contamplate the final destination, Barcelona.
